With 26 offices around the world and a history that dates back more than 150 years, Standard & Poor's (S&P) is the world's foremost provider of independent credit ratings, indices, risk evaluation, investment research, data, and valuations. Their Corporate Value Consulting (CVC) division advises clients on valuation and corporate finance issues. Cullinane was asked to create a global capabilities brochure which would translate effectively in multiple languages and in different cultures around the world

Having worked with some of their competitors such as Deloitte, Duff & Phelps and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cullinane was very familiar with the professional services space. Our solution was to create a competitive "nautical ocean racing" theme which supported S&P's current tagline, "Your Confidence is Showing, You've got Standard & Poor's" on the cover. Along with arresting images of stormy seas and confident sailing teams throughout the piece, Cullinane incorporated messaging such as ""confident in any climate", "navigating without the benefit of hindsight", "strategies for smooth sailing" etc. which reinforced the key visuals which accompanied them.
